Huntley Luo
Huntley Luo is a seasoned entrepreneur with 30 years of business experience. Huntley also is an innovator, with the courage to take risks, who looks for the source of innovation, captures changes, and takes advantage of changes as an opportunity for development.
Huntley loves Canada, loves its nature, political system, culture, legal system and community. Huntley respects the spirit of contract, and demonstrates ambition, enthusiasm, responsibility and perseverance.
During the entrepreneurship, Huntley worked in various fields such as technology, sales, marketing, finance, administration, and human resources within the company, and served as President.
Huntley has excellent learning ability and is a life-long learner.
Huntley has four successes in starting a business from zero, and also learned his lesson from one failure in starting a business. He successfully built a knowledge-based workforce from 0 to 200 people, and has kept a leading position for ten years.
Huntley has great flexibility. He is good at using mathematical thinking and physics thinking to scientifically analyze and verify corporate problems, and he strives to make the best decision by achieving a balance between “cost, benefit, risk, and opportunity”.
Huntley combines business management theory with in-depth entrepreneurial practice, and has figured out a set of effective business management methods, which not only solve the root causes of problems, but also bring about immediate results.
